This has been an issue lately and we are very involved in the rental of our home and we definitely will not allow this. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry room, kitchen, flagstone patio, small deck with grill and a large deck overlooking the river with an umbrella. Parking for 2 vehicles Within walking distance of down town Glenwood Springs, paved sidewalk for exercise, walking and or biking, very close to the Rio Grand Bike trail that will take you all the way to Aspen. You can also take the local bus up to Aspen and bike down. Buses are equipped with bike and ski racks. Our deck is very quiet and peaceful. We love kicking back on our deck chairs and listening to the river. You do have river access but it isn't child friendly. There is a wonderful paved walkway if you walk to Sunlight bridge which is very close and walk down under the bridge to the trail. It will go for about 1/2 mile. There is also a sidewalk above our house on Midland ave and you can follow that downriver to a walkway bridge where it crosses the river and you can follow the sidewalk back up the river on the opposite side of the river. Its a very nice walk 45 minutes from Aspen/Snowmass, 20 minutes to Ski Sunlight. 2.5 hrs from Denver/DIA airport, 1.5 hrs from Grand Jct Airport, 45 minn to Eagle/Vail airport. Walk out the door to fish the Gold Medal Roaring Fork river, hike trails or bike the paved Rio Grande trail system that can lead you from Glenwood Springs to Aspen & back. We are also located within walking distance of the RFTA bus system that provides service from Glenwood Springs to Aspen. Furnished kitchen, WIFI Internet and cable TV.
