The living area offers a 55-inch TV with access to HULU and Disney+, a comfortable couch that converts into a twin-size bed (that is suitable for a small size adult or a child), and a dedicated workspace. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, toaster, and refrigerator, along with pots, pans, and silverware. Enjoy the convenience of a coffee bar with a K-cup coffee maker, roasted coffee, creamer, and sugar. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy added comfort with a fan and heater. Parking is available in a large parking lot behind the house, accessible via the alleyway, as well as free street parking. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is located on the first floor. Enjoy a private patio in the back, perfect for relaxing. Shared spaces include the front porch, backyard, and a laundry room in the basement. Other things to note Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews, or new accounts. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We welcome dogs, but we do not allow cats. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke on the front porch and should use the ashtray provided for waste disposal. The apartment has a central AC/heating system. The thermostat is in a separate room, and we can remotely adjust the temperature for you; just send us a message. Additional comfort items like a space heater and fan are available in the closet. The trash bin is located behind the backyard.
