Discover an inviting 1B/1B apartment nestled in the historic Dundee neighborhood of Omaha, within the iconic Fairview apartments designed by Henry Frankfurt in 1917. This inviting residence provides a central location with a beautifully updated interior and an outdoor balcony with courtyard views. You are a short walk from Dundee's finest restaurants and shops, 1.5 miles to the University of Nebraska Medical Center & 2.1 miles to Creighton University Medical Center. Come enjoy this space! The space Modern and stylish with a hint of what makes Omaha great! The space incorporates a lot of handmade items by local artists in town and we will keep that theme as me make the apartment as comfortable as we can for your stay. Many kitchen amenities are provided including keurig coffee maker, cooking oil, numerous spices, pots and pans, toaster, etc. WIFI is included with a 55” Smart TV in the living room and 43” Smart TV in the bedroom. Please note that YouTube TV is provided and installed! Please no parties or noise after 10 pm and before 7 am to respect the other tenants. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor and accessible via keypad access from the exterior via one small flight of wooden stairs. Other things to note Items provided for guests at no charge: keurig coffee pods, sugar, creamer singles, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trashbags, cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. Feel free to log into your personal accounts for Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc. to stream shows. Make sure to log out when you check out! YouTube TV is provided and the TV should be logged in when you check in. Pets are not allowed on the property. A charge of $300 will apply if this rule is not adhered to by guests. SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE APARTMENT OR APARTMENT COMPLEX. If smoking is detected, a $300 fine will be applied to the reservation. No inside or outside patio grilling is allowed due to insurance restrictions. Please no parties or noise after 10 pm to respect the other tenants. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
