Beautiful new house in historic and trendy Church Hill neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown and close to the airport. Enjoy this entire house and outdoor space! *Kid's room can be equipped with the "Nugget" couch for an extra kid to sleep under the bunk bed. **Please note that there is no longer a treadmill in the playroom. The space Thoroughly disinfected! We have made our house our happy place and hope it will be yours too. You'll have access to three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a living room with the World's Comfiest Couch, an indoor dining table that will easily seat all your guests, a great backyard, a front porch if you want to people-watch and two back porches (upper and lower) if you want some privacy. All basic amenities provided. Our house is little kid friendly. We welcome guests of any race and ethnic background, and are an LGBT-positive space. There is a medium dog who lives here with us. Although she won’t be here during your stay, you should know in case there are severe pet allergies in your group!
