You can enter through your own private entrance and have full privacy. You have a large couch, a full kitchen, a bathroom, one master bedroom with two closets and a kind size bed with front yard view. A laundry room is available for you to use. Some other amenities available to you are a smart TV in the living room with Netflix, xfinity tv, free high speed wifi,. Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with water and ice maker, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, and nespresso coffee machine and brand new dishes and flatware. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo and body soap for you. Other things to note Pull up to the house and park on the right side of the driveway. (please do not block the garage doors) You can enter through the front hallway, between the garage and the rest of the house. The first level is what is listed, and I live upstairs with my wife and two kids. The spaces are completely separated with full privacy for you and your family.
