Vacation home

This is a family friendly house. We preferably rent it to other families. It is located 5 minute walk from the beach or the village centre. It is a green oasis surrounded by a fence of plants, with a garden, a lot of green trees, a big terrace, place for a BBQ and space to relax. The house has two floors, this inserat is only for the lower floor. The space The price includes weekly cleaning by a specialist. Guest access As a guest you have access to all facilities of the house. In certain periods of the year we also open the pool outside. It depends on weather and water supply of the period of year. I explicitly want to mention, that I cannot guarantee that the pool will be open because it is a lot of effort to mentain a pure water-quality. We donot rent out the house frequently and are not always there to mentain the pool. Also I want to mention that me or my family and friends could be on the property while you are there as well and use the kitchen, the downstairs bathroom and if discussed one of the rooms. If you wish to have perfect privacy please write me so we can check if it is possible. If you need more space please write me a message and I will check if it is possible. Other things to note This is a private house. We also use it for family. We don’t accept strangers on the property and no parties. You should be informed that the entrances to the garden are video surveilled. We are happy to rent it out to respectful people.
