Exclusive 3-bedroom loft + separate cottage

Our Bernstein loft apartment + adjacent Bernstein Cottage were built in 2022 and focus on modern, minimal, clean design. We are aiming to create a relaxing space that let's you unwind the minute you get here. We have put love into detail and hope you will feel only good vibes during your time here. We are aiming to create an "oasis" within the holiday resort area "Bernsteinsee". Bon fires, outdoor adventures, beach days, a space for good times with friends and family - that's what we are about! The space Enjoy our open-plan house and the adjacent cottage and spend real quality time with friends and family. Our big backyard offers lots of relaxing space as well as the indoor areas. We are located only a couple of walking minutes from the lake. Fill up the cooler box and get ready for a day at the beach, swimming in the clear waters of "Bernsteinsee", cycling along the sidearm of the "Elbe" river or take part in one of the numerous activities on offer in the direct surrounding area of the lake. Our all-time recommendation: End the day with an amazing BBQ by the lake;-) Guest access There are parking spaces on the property and street right in front of the house so no hassle when you arrive. We love dogs and you are very welcome to bring yours. Just let us know in advance. The beautiful lake "Bernsteinsee" is just down the road, a short walk away. There is a beach area available as well as numerous other facilities that offer activities for your time with us: Try out wake boarding or archery, have a cocktail on the beautiful terrace of the nearby hotel or at the beach bar, go crazy golfing ("Minigolf"), cycling, running or just enjoy the serene natural surroundings of the area. (Not only) If you want to walk your dog, the walking paths located on the side of a sidearm of the "Elbe" river are ideal (also a short walk away). Other things to note IMPORTANT: STRICTLY NO PARTY PLACE - no noise allowed in the area / especially garden after 22:00 !!! During the day & until 22:00 music allowed only inside the house in normal and appropriate conversational volume ! BERNSTEIN LOFT: There is 3 bed rooms hosting up to 6 adults (3 double beds) + 1 double air mattress in case you want to visit the loft with more than 6 people. Just let us know in advance so we can set everything up according to your needs. Maximum occupancy in the loft is 8 people. BERNSTEIN COTTAGE: Bernstein Cottage is located in the same building and has a separate entrance. It sleeps 2 (more) people (1 queen size bed + ensuite bathroom + kitchenette + small lounge area + terrace). >>LOFT & COTTAGE CAN BE BOOKED SEPARATELY & AS A PACKAGE<< The lakeside community "Bernsteinsee" has a set of rules that counts for everyone visiting or staying in the area in order to keep everyone happy throughout their stay. Of course we will make all rules and regulations available to you upon arrival and are happy to answer all your questions. Important to note in advance, however, is the fact that there is no loud music or noise allowed at night. If you are looking for a place to throw a party, we are probably not the right place ;-) As our guest we trust you with our beloved house and our neighbourhood environment and highly appreciate your collaboration.
