The space features a living area with a couch and dining table, a bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress and dimmable bedside lamps, a second sleeping area with two twin beds, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom Please note, some areas have lower ceilings (as low as 5'9"), particularly between the living area and bedroom, and the first portion of the twin bed area. The upstairs unit is occupied by our family, and you may hear occasional footsteps or playful sounds. To ensure your comfort, a white noise machines are provided in both of the bedrooms. The apartment has heating and air conditioning. If you need the temperature adjusted, simply send us a message, and we’ll happily update it remotely. For entertainment, enjoy our Smart TV with Netflix provided (no cable). This inviting space is ideal for travelers seeking comfort, privacy, and thoughtful amenities. Other things to note Please note, if you're not bringing your own vehicle, please be prepared to use a car, Uber, or Lyft for getting around, especially when exploring further parts of Nashville. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Our property is smoke-free. A $50 fine will apply if smoking is found on the property, and a $500 fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. The apartment has been newly renovated with all the amenities you’ll need to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.
