Conveniently located only a short stroll to the vibrant North Park as well as having restaurants, a brewery and a coffee shop right around the corner, this peaceful cottage provides the perfect base for a fun getaway. Private fenced in grassed yard, central AC/ heating, washer and dryer. The space We’re located a 15 minute walk to the vibrant University Avenue and 30th Street. There is also restaurants, cafes, a bbq house and a brewery right around the corner from our place and only half a mile to Morley Park, mins to Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo.
