The space This 1000 square foot unit is located on the top floor (4th floor) of the Bruce building facing south overlooking the pool house, courtyard and lake/mountains. During the winter, only one hot tub is open. The public areas may be closed due to public health regulations. Other things to note The code to the Bruce Building will give you access to the pool complex. This condo is located in a residential complex. For many people this is their home. Loud music and noisy parties are not allowed. Quiet time is 11pm to 7am. Security patrols and enforces quiet time. Please do not book this condo if you are coming to party. Large inflatables (> 24”) are not permitted in the pool for safety reasons.
