Quaint in-law suite located in a peaceful & quiet neighborhood. The unit is at the end of a large cul-de-sac (no through traffic) 🅿️arking for trailers & ATV’s 🚛. Room to park utility trailer on driveway directly in front of suite. cul-de-sac street area is very wide Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 No pets No Smoking Local guest must send a request Enjoy a quiet neighborhood with off street parking. You will be able to see your vehicle from the living room window. The space in-law suite includes: -Wifi -Private entrance -1 bedroom suite with TV, dresser, closet and NEW comfortable Queen size bed -twin size sofa bed -Dinning area -Microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven -Coffee station -Living room with a 1/2 size twin sleeper sofa and TV -private bathroom - shower stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash -Fire detector -Iron and ironing board -Fire Extinguisher For guests with allergies, please be aware that we have a german shepard that lives in our home. She doesn't have access to the guest suite, but does live on the premises . Guest access Private entrance on the left side of the house. Our driveway is long enough to park your utility trailer. Also, as we are at the end of a wide cul-de-sac. Ample room for turning and backing a trailer onto the driveway Other things to note The day before your arrival we will send you the code to unlock the door. It is changed randomly for all of our guest. The blow dryer is located in the bedroom where a large mirror is located . We ask our guests to blow dry their hair in the bedroom as the voltage will trip the breaker box. If you need any help just send me a text and I will help you, otherwise I give my guest the privacy they will appreciate!
