Nicely furnished and well appointed home. Newly built in 2009, two stories with a fenced backyard. First floor has two bedrooms, one with two twins and the other with a queen bed. Additionally, the kitchen, dining, a full bathroom with tub, garage, and large backyard. Second floor has two more bedrooms both with queen beds, one has access to the large deck with partial ocean views. Upstairs there is the second bath, family room, wet bar, and access to the deck with plenty of outdoor seating. This home is great for two families, or large extended families. Also has a birds eye view of the ocean from the huge deck off the second floor living space. (MINI FRIDGE ON 2nd FLOOR NO USE) Guest access Guest has full access to this beach home, we are available 24 hours a day if an emergency should happen. Garage remote given upon check in, two car garage. Additional parking outside garage or on gravel front yard. There are a couple beach chairs provided, please message us prior if you have any additional questions on what to bring. Other things to note If you choose to bring a dog it must be under 50 pounds. There is a $200 pet rent fee and you must agree to the pet addendum as well. NOTE: NO excessive shedding breeds allowed. IE: huskies, Australian Shepherds etc...it is almost impossible to remove all pet hair from property with long hair, excessive shedding breeds. Please check in and out through the Cheshire Rio Realty office. Open 9-5 Monday through Saturday and 10-4 on Sundays. After hours check in available. Please notify the office if you plan on arriving after hours. Starter pack of paper products supplied, including toilet paper rolls in each bath, paper towel rolls in the kitchen, sponge, dish soap and cleaning supplies. Tenant is responsible for anything more they may need with regards to the paper products supplied, all linens provided for up to 8 guests.
