70 m² cottage on the edge of a fenced pond on a 2 ha park comprising 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with separate toilet, 1 living room and 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed). On site: BED LINEN, TOWELS AND TEATOWELS. Shops are 3 minutes by car. Beautiful walks and activities to do (Chaos de Piquet, Moulin de Rambourg, Poterie de Nesmy) Puy du Fou 45 minutes away, O'gliss and O'fun Park 15 minutes away and 30 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer and Les Sables-d'Olonne). The space 70 m2 cottage composed of 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 x 190 and 1 bed 90 x 190) + 1 sofa bed in the living room (pillows, duvets, mattress covers, throws). Bed linen and towels included. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave • a Senseo coffee maker • a filter coffee maker • a toaster • a dishwasher • a stove • NO OVEN • a fridge/freezer. PROVIDE BOTTLED WATER FOR YOUR CONSUMPTION. To entertain you, we have provided a radio (CD, Bluetooth, USB), books and games for everyone. 🔴 CLEANING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY We can take care of it at the rate of €70 for stays longer than 3 days, reduced to €35 if 1 or 2 nights. Guest access Big & Small... Come and discover nature, enjoy the play structures, outdoor furniture and animals, or take a walk around the pond... For the children's enjoyment, several animals will be present in the park: 🐈‍⬛ Bouba the cat, some chickens, our geese🪿 George/Georgette and Juliette, as well as our goats "Blanche our mascot then Vanilla, and Éclair🐐", also ducks🦆... and other more or less wild animals🐿️🦔🦋🐟 Other things to note Frogs and other amphibians may be present in the spring and offer, in chorus, a pretty spring melody. For the delight of children, several animals will be present on the 🐈‍⬛ Bouba the Cat park 🐓Chokobo the rooster and his chicks, our geese George and Georgette and their daughter Juliette, as well as goats and ducks... Play structures are also available, including the new spring 2023 "The tree house"
