Spacious Apartment On The Severn River

Clean, lower unit, private entrance, one bedroom apartment fronting on the Severn River (aka Black). 90 mins. north of GTA. Five min. off Hwy 11 at the village of Washago where you can find most amenities. Fair weather activities include swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing or just dock time. Available winter months for simple relaxing accommodation. Hosts live on the upper floor and will be available to assist but will respect your privacy. The space The kitchen does not include a stove, but there are induction plates with pots and pans for indoor cooking. The guest's BBQ is located near the apartment entrance. There is full bathroom with tub/shower. Each guest will be provided a face cloth, hand towel and bath towel....you may want to bring extra for longer stays. May also bring a dock towel. All bed linens are included with extra pillows and blankets. Dish cloth and towels are included also. Guest access Guests have access to the yard, dock, canoe, kayaks, fire pit, BBQ, screened porch. Other things to note Guest parking is on the side nearest the home (not in front of garage). WIFI is not the strongest but will stream fine most of the time. NOTE : During winter the river sometimes freezes over but is NEVER safe to walk on.
