Apt is set-up with a small table in the living room and a desk in the front bedroom that can both be used as work spaces. There is strong, reliable WIFI and a WIFI printer. Pack and play and high chair for infants and toddlers available upon request. Apt is walking distance to Diamond Mills, 5 mins to HITS, 15 mins to Woodstock and Kingston. 30 mins to Hunter Mountain and Kaaterskill Falls. Nature walks and river access within a 5-10 min drive. Kayak/paddle board rental on the Esopus creek a 5 min walk away. Guest access Apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed via a private entrance on Main Street. We want to keep the cost down if you don't use it, but when it is used we pay quite a bit more for our cleaning crew and our nightly price has to reflect that. If you don’t reserve for six we won’t know to have the room clean, ready and unlocked for you. Thanks! While there is no parking on our property, metered parking is available right in front of the door for unloading/loading in 2hr increments and free street parking (March-November) and two free municipal lots (all year and overnight) are very close. I'll send a map after booking. Lastly, laundry (washer and dryer) are available but they are located in the basement.
