All our apartments are in building complexes and are in downtown area where certain level of noise can be expected from the traffic down below and other noises in an urban settings like machinery, police sirens etc. These noises are normal but more than what you can expect in a rural or remote neighborhood. To maintain a safe and quiet environment, we do not accept reservations from guests residing within 60 miles of the property. This apartment is intended for visiting travelers and temporary stays only. Management reserves the right to cancel non-compliant bookings without penalty.
