Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 2.5 Miles to Lilly Creek Landing. 3.5 Miles to Jamestown Marina. 5 Minutes to Mini Indy Kart Track. 15 minutes to Wolf Creek National Fish Hatchery. 30 minutes to SomerSplash Water Park. 30 minutes to Somernites Cruise held in historic Somerset on the 4th Saturday of the month, from 12pm-6pm every April through October. Plenty of Restaurants and Groceries nearby. The space 3 bedrooms; 2 queen beds; 1 bunk bed; 1 twin bed; futon couch; 1 half bathroom, 1 full bathroom. We do not have a built in dishwasher...so you may want to bring a dishwasher with you...if you can find someone. Guest access Access to the entire property. Other things to note Out of an abundance of precaution we have a security system with a camera on the back of the house to view where we park our boat. We have a security camera in the garage and on the front door. They are set with alarms whenever we are away from the home. However, while you are staying on the property they are deactivated. Jamestown has low crime rate. The town has an A rating (the best for crime statistics).
