Behind a bright yellow door is our cheery, tidy, 3 bedroom home. The main living space is abundant in natural light and personality. Decorated in a homey yet fresh, modern fashion, the sweet old home is a delightful retreat. It has a full kitchen, large dining area, tiled shower and a private back patio. Located just 5 blocks from Arcata Plaza, it is close to everything on a quiet road. Plenty of street parking. No pets, no smoking. The space The living space features a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, of course! The kitchen is stocked with a fridge, gas range, microwave, toaster, French press and and electric coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, knives, blender - you know - the basics for you to feel at home! Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom has a pretty tile shower, but no tub. There are large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The back patio, garden area is fenced and is accessed through the third bedroom. Guest access Please go in and out via the front door (with the keypad lock) so that you will not need a key. The whole house is available.
