A private affordable place for your Adirondack & Lake Champlain region adventures! This quirky little apartment can sleep 3 and is located on the second floor within a century old home. It's got a full kitchen with all the necessities. A neat little spot right across the road from the beautiful Au Sable river. Come visit & check it out! The space This is an apartment on the second floor of our 108 year old house. Like many homes of this age, the floors are a little creeky and crooked in spots & and the angles aren't quite straight. The ceilings are lower than newer constructions. It definitely has some charm- and please note before booking that the place is still a "work in progress"- as reflected in the awesome price! =) Feel free to message me if you have any questions about my little apartment. I'd be happy to chat! Guest access You will have complete access to a your own entryway, a full upstairs one bedroom apartment, a driveway to yourself and a half-wrap around porch. There is one bedroom overlooking the Au Sable River (which is located across the road) with a queen bed and a living room with a sleeper sofa for one. We provide linens, pillows and blankets. You will have your own small kitchen with a mini fridge and microwave and two bay sink. There is a propane 4 burner stove/oven and all of the basic equipment to make your own food. We do ask that you wash all of your dishes before you leave. There are a few stores in town to purchase groceries or prepared food. The apartment has a small bathroom with stand-up shower, sink & toilet. Other things to note Within walking distance to a movie theatre, shops, art gallery, antique store, restaurants, bars & a bowling alley.
