Welcome to our home. Everything was uniquely hand picked to bring tons of charm and peacefulness. We have a fully stocked kitchen and 3 full bathrooms with all the little touches. Smart TV s in all bedrooms and livingroom with high speed wifi. Grill, outdoor fire place and seating area with hot tub on our 3 acres of country setting. This is our home when we are not renting it out so please treat it like you would your own. 1 mile to Mid-Ohio Raceway and 8 miles to Snow Trails. The space Enjoy mornings on the covered front porch, evenings around the fire pit, and late-night soaks in the private hot tub under the stars. Inside, the open-concept living and kitchen space invites conversation, meals, and memories. Each bedroom is styled for rest and privacy, while three full bathrooms ensure everyone has space to unwind. From the cozy coffee bar to the historic wood floors, hand Hewn beams, every corner of the home offers warmth and intention. Perfect for family gatherings, girls’ weekends, retreats, or peaceful country escapes — this is a place guests return to again and again. Guest access Currently you have access to our 3 acres of land. Grill out and enjoy our comfy seating area with a propane fire pit and 6 person hot tub while watching our amazing sunsets. Or build a fire in our large fire pit out back. Upon request get a massage on site and use our Infrared Sauna for an extra charge. Farm cat runs free on the property, chloe is very friendly. I sometimes may be in the back building working in my Massage office. Other things to note We are only 1 min away from Mid-Ohio Raceway. Michael Lynn Winery is just .5 miles from the house. We are offering on-site massages including couples and 4 hands. You can find a very nice mountain biking trail right along clearfork lake, hiking trails and a picnic area 3 mins away. Just 15 minutes from snow trails, 30 minutes from Mohican State Park and 20 mins from the Mansfield Reformatory. Ontario is only 15 mins to tons of resturant and shopping. House Rules: No parties or events beyond registered guests Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (out of respect for the peaceful setting) Hot tub use: Shower before entering No glass in or near the hot tub Children must be supervised at all times Please do not mess with any settings or try to fill the hot tub with more water Fire pit: Never leave unattended Fully extinguish after use Smoking: Not permitted inside the home Pets: Only if pre-approved (if applicable) Please treat the home with care — it’s a restored farmhouse with historic features These rules are designed to ensure a safe, relaxing stay for everyone.
