We want to share our home with you, so it can be your own during your trip. We self-manage the property, take care of everything, and rely on the efforts of the best cleaners in Moab to help. Anyone who visits Moab knows that there is no where else on Earth like it; you'll make memories in the incredible outdoor landscape, while enjoying a comfortable place to rest when you finally have to come back in. The Ladder House is located just 5-8 minutes south of downtown Moab, Utah, and is conveniently close to restaurants, shops, & trailheads. The clean and comfortable atmosphere and amenities of our 'Ladder House' will be nothing less than what you'd expect. The Moab area offers renown mountain biking trails, world-famous Jeep Slickrock trails, National Parks, and unforgettable white-water rafting experiences. After an invigorating hike through Arches, or mountain bike ride at Sand Flats Recreation Area, a trip to the hot tub and pool will prove to be a refreshing ending to the day. The rim views from the private patio will be a constant reminder of the beautiful area you've chosen to spend your vacation. Our house has been outfitted with everything you'll need to make you comfortable during your stay. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second room has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Finally, the living room has 2 couches - one of which is a pull out sofa. We've updated all the photographs and artwork from our own collection and travels in SE Utah! Each of the bedrooms also has it's own flat screen TV. The kitchen includes those 'extra' items so you can create an exquisite dinner and set a beautiful table to make your vacation memorable. You will get a restful and relaxing night's sleep nestled in the high-quality linens and down pillows. The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store any vehicles you may bring on your trip, such as your mountain bikes, jeeps, ATVs, or family van. The garage is wide to fit large vehicles- there is also a driveway and street parking for extra large rigs or trailers. Everyone is welcome to all parts of the property. Including the 2 car garage, driveway, patio, etc. If you have any questions or concerns, I am available to communicate 24 hours a day! From helping with the TV remote, the garage door opener, fix-it services, or cleaning, feel free to contact me. Our property manager & cleaner is also always available. This is a residential and rental neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors, HOA, and keep the parties and celebrations to a minimum. When we visit, we enjoy strolling around at night and looking at the stars. We are close to rural Moab life- There are farms and horse stables just 100 feet away. Parking for your equipment, Jeeps, vehicles, trailers, etc is plentiful. We've had multiple big-rigs (semi trucks!) and car-carriers park in our driveway and on the street. Most people in town are off-road enthusiasts, and therefore street & driveway parking for your 'toys' is just fine. Not to mention that there is more than enough space for 2 cars in the connected garage. COVID-19 Edit: Our cleaners sanitize, clean, and control every surface in the property with an additional anti-virus spray. It is the most powerful and efficient chemical on all surfaces ( Gates, door handles, garage door openers, lock boxes, oven handles, microwaves, showers, toilets, sinks, counters, ALL touchable surfaces). Our cleaners are also adding to the wash cycle every piece of bedding or towel; everything in the home will be sanitized.
