Perfect location for the traveling worker. Kick your feet up at McGill Compass Inn and enjoy the peaceful scenery in our rural location. Enjoy the morning with a cup of coffee and a view of the pasture as the horse's graze below. Location is about 15 minutes away from Lima, and other smaller towns are about 10 minutes away. *Approximately 25 minutes to the Refinery/ Tank Plant; also 20 minutes to area hospitals. Accepting short term, weekly, & monthly stays. The space This suite is decorated in antique/ rustic farmhouse style decor. The floors are stained but unfinished to give it the natural style feel. This location is above the garage; at the back of the house. It has a shared entrance through a breezeway that connects my house and the suite together. Also, there is a 2 stalled barn where my horses reside, that is attached to the garage below the suite. Guest access There is a parking spot in front of the garden house in the grass that you can park, *large trucks such as extended cab dually will not fit in this parking area. Please use the gravel lot diagonal from the airbnb. There is a sidewalk that runs beside the garage that will lead you to the pergola where the door entrance is. When entering in please turn to the left where the mantle is. Steps will lead you up to the suite. Other things to note There is a fee for additional guests. Make sure to accurately account for the guests in whom are accompanying you during the stay. Please no visitors unless given ok by the host No parties allowed. No smoking or vaping in the airbnb.
