This two-story home offers a fully equipped kitchen, an open-concept living/dining room, and a modern, clean 3-piece bathroom located upstairs, along with two beautifully decorated bedrooms; quality linens and bath towels provided. The space This property is ideal for couples and solo travelers. We take pride in offering a comfortable, welcoming space and are always happy to help make your stay exceptional. If you're looking for a place that feels easy, peaceful, and well cared for, you have found it. Located in a convenient and desirable area, you'll be close to popular attractions and outdoor activities. Sandbanks Provincial Park is five minutes down the road; a park pass is provided free of charge during your stay. Local restaurants, seasonal farmers' markets, antiques, and boutique shops are within a 15-20 minute drive. There is ample outdoor space to enjoy year-round. In the warmer months, a large patio with an umbrelled picnic table is included, plus an additional covered space with seating. There is a smaller patio for the early morning riser to enjoy peaceful mornings and their favourite beverage. A propane BBQ is provided in the summer. If your group is larger and additional sleeping/space is required, please message us. We’d be happy to share details about 'The Annex'. It can also be booked on Airbnb and offers a hot tub during the winter months. Kindly note that the property owner is on the same grounds, and we are available to assist our guests when needed; we enjoy our privacy and our own space as much as our guests. Guest access You will have access to the entire rented space, the outdoor patios, the backyard, and the campfire area. We provide enough firewood and supplies for one fire. Additional firewood can be purchased along the roadside throughout the County. Other things to note Please be sure to pack beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels.
