Home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood away from any main streets with no streets or traffic directly in front or side of house which makes it safer for children. Early check-in or check-out request can be accommodated if no one checks in the day before or if cleaning crew can finish cleaning at requested check in time at a charge of $15 per hour. Pet fee is per pet. Additional pets may be accommodated at an additional fee. A refundable damage deposit/cleaning fee may be requested for large pets over 25lbs or pets that shed. Other things to note For sanitary reasons and to protect the bedding please do not put luggage or suitcase directly on the bed. There is a luggage bench located in each room. We request you remove your shoes upon entry. Pet fee of $40 is PER PET. An additional fee is charged for more than 1 pet. The cleaning fee is an additional $100 for stays longer than 7 days.
