Rental unit in Brooklyn
Description
Our spacious apartment is the perfect place to call home while in Brooklyn! With two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a full kitchen, a dining area and a terrace, you can very comfortably house a group of four. Just steps away from the Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Garden, Prospect Park, and major subway lines. The space Located on the top floor of a three story building, our apartment gets amazing light, which is particularly enjoyable from our garden-facing back terrace. The front of the apartment is where you will find our very spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, as well as a dining area and table. The middle of the apartment is our open concept kitchen with lots of counter space and dishwasher. The two bedrooms are located in the back of the apartment, which provides a nice distance between sleeping spaces and the living room in case some people wish to head to bed earlier than others. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom and a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a small pull out couch with a very thick, very comfortable, memory foam which cozily fits two people. Both bedrooms have two windows giving them lovely light at all times of the day. The second full bathroom is located just outside the second bedroom. The entrance to the 16x8 south facing terrace is also located in the second bedroom. We do have two big couches in the living room, one of which can be used as an additional bed and is very comfortable. Please be aware that we do not have blinds in the living room, though the space does not receive direct sunlight. Guest access Basically, the whole apartment and the terrace is all yours. Though I imagine you won't want to spend much time in the boiler room. We do have a small office/storage space that we keep closed during rentals. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes you could possibly need and you are welcome to them. Other than that, the other items that will be in the apartment won't be anything that you'll want access to. Unless you would like to peruse old high school year books. Other things to note We love our space and always feel sad to leave it for an extended time. Please make yourself at home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
