Located at the end of the cul-de-sac in a quiet and friendly neighborhood just minutes from uptown. (*Please note: NO Smoking 🚭 of any kind is permitted and NO Pets*). If you are looking for a great, smoke free, pet free stay in an amazing location, you have found it!! The space This is a private attached suite with separate entrance and parking from the main house that gives you your own space/privacy even if owner is home in main house. Location is ideal for shopping, eating out, and sightseeing due to its central location in South Park. Those who want to enjoy a smoke & pet allergen free stay will love this space !! Guest access You will have sole use & access to the private attached suite that’s part of the main home (but the main home is not included in this listing). You will have off street parking available for up to 2 cars, access to high speed wifi/internet, full laundry, kitchen, living room and bedroom use of the suite. Other things to note (If you are a smoker, my AirBnB listing is NOT for you, sorry) Again, please NO Pets, NO Smoking and NO use of the backyard. I respect your right to smoke at your home, so I appreciate you respecting I don’t approve of it at mine. My guests come for a smoke free/pet free stay (yes people have allergies to these things), if you violate that, your deposit is forfeited, remaining reservation will be cancelled (with no refund), you will be asked to leave and you will be charged additional professional cleaning/sanitizer fee (supported by AirBnB policy). If you want to use the front 1/2 basketball court, please get approval first. Thanks!
