My home is a new, modern 2 story 4bed 3bath and a safe, quiet alternative to the standard hotel stay. Here you will find convenient smart features and lots of shared spaces guaranteed to make you feel right at home. The space The Blue Bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed (2 storage drawers at the front), chest of drawers, 2 nightstands, folding table and chair, closet with hangers, mounted TV, wireless chargers, an oscillating tower fan, iron with an ironing mat, 2 sets of silverware, and your own set of towels. The smart lock on the bedroom door will use the same pin code that you are given for the front door. The Gold Bathroom is shared between guests staying in the Green Bedroom and Blue Bedroom. Bathtub/shower combo with a rain-style shower head. (When you walk up the stairs it is the 2nd door on your right, directly next to the Blue Bedroom.) The upstairs living space contains couches as well as a dedicated office space. There are two 55" wide standing desks with chairs (The smaller desk at the bottom of the stairs is for Orange Bedroom guests only.) Power strips and lamps with wireless chargers are provided at each desk and are plugged into a UPS in the event of a power outage or surge for protection. The upstairs living space is subject to the rules of quiet hours and guests are not allowed to sleep in common areas. This reservation is for up to 2 adults; no children, pets, or additional guests are allowed on the property. The person you check-in with will be the designated 2nd guest, and expected to be fully informed of the house rules. Anyone else will be considered trespassing on private property and may be removed by law enforcement. Guest access Guests staying in the Blue Bedroom have access to the Gold Bathroom (shared), the upstairs living area, downstairs living room, dining room, kitchen, gym, back yard, and laundry room (for those staying at least 2 weeks). You will not be allowed to be in any other bedroom or bathroom, so be sure you are comfortable sharing the upstairs bathroom before booking. Each bedroom is secured by a smart lock, so no one but you will be able to enter. During your stay This is a house setup for independent guests that can be responsible for reading instructions and house rules. I work and study in addition to maintaining the house, so I will be in the background but am often not seen. Whenever you need anything, please reach out through an Airbnb message so that I can promptly assist you. Be aware that I am the only homeowner and no one else can give access or permission for anything on my property. Other things to note This house is setup on a thorough smart system. Before you arrive, you will receive a pin code to gain entry through the doors.
