Guest access Our vacation home is 3 km from Sasa Ferry Terminal and 1 km from DavSam Ferry Terminal. Located just along the highway so it is very easy to spot! No traffic and rough roads along the way so you'll have an easy time getting there. Wet market is nearby and also a 7-Eleven. Multiple sari-sari stores within the barangay that usually has the things you'll need. Other things to note We are keen on having a guest who respects and abide with our house rules. To us, a guest is like welcoming an extended family into our home so we expect them to take good care of our place and treat it as their own. To ensure a smooth stay. We suggest that you read our house rules carefully to avoid any aggravation that will that may result in negative comments as per our experience. **Booking and House Rules:** - **Maximum Capacity:** We accept bookings for a maximum of 12 guests. - **Check-in and Check-out Times:** Check-in is from 2pm to 5pm, and check-out is at 11am. - **Guests:** Only guests listed in the booking are permitted on the premises. - **Quiet Hours:** Please observe quiet hours from 11pm to 5am. - **Damage Policy:** Guests will be charged accordingly for any damaged furniture. - **Linens:** A fee of 300 Pesos per piece will be charged for stains on sheets or towels. - **Smoking Policy:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Additional cleaning fees may apply for odor and stain removal. - **Lost Keys:** A fee of 1000 pesos will be charged for lost keys. (We'll need to change the locks) - **Furniture Arrangement:** Please do not rearrange the furniture. - **Parties:** Parties are not allowed without host permission. Guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges resulting from unauthorized gatherings. Disruptions that affect neighbors may result in immediate eviction. - **Respectful Use:** As this is our family home in Samal Island, please respect the property and leave it clean upon departure. **Pool Rules:** - Shower before entering the pool. - No diving. - No food, beverages, or glassware in the pool area. - A fine of P10,000 will be imposed for cleaning broken glass, spilled beverages, or food in the pool. - Children must be supervised at all times. - Please do not operate pool equipment; our caretaker will handle this. - Enjoy the pool at your own risk; we are not liable for any accidents or injuries. **Note:** Our caretaker will be present in the evenings to operate pool equipment and outdoor lights.
