Amenities include beautiful custom white shaker cabinets, 24” stainless steel beverage/wine fridge, on-trend marble hexagon backsplash to the ceiling, stocked coffee bar, professional series stainless steel appliances including a Samsung fridge with an ice maker and a Samsung gas range, and an oversized 10' white quartz island with loads of seating. An array of fun board games and family-friendly trivia games are also available in the home. ✴ PRIVATE BACKYARD OASIS ✴ Spend the day outside in the resort-inspired backyard surrounded by towering palm trees. Enjoy the three-hole putting green, or take a dip in the sparkling swimming pool (pool can be HEATED for an additional fee). Sip on a margarita while you watch the beautiful sunset dip into the horizon or grill out and dine al fresco under the bistro lights. The home has a tankless water heater which means even with a lot of people taking showers, you won’t run out of hot water! (It’s the little things that make or break your vacation!). There is a brand-new Maytag washer and dryer to do a quick load or get those travel wrinkles out of your clothes. The home also has an iron and ironing board, as well as hairdryers in each bathroom. Clean white bed linens and fresh, fluffy white towels are provided for each guest. ✴ YOUR HOST ✴ Hi, I'm Jennie from the Block. I literally I live down the street from our vacation home. I am an Ohio native (go bucks!), and have loved living in Scottsdale for the past 11 years. After spending over a decade working at world-renown 5-star resorts, luxury hotels and travel hospitality tradeshows, I decided to transition my extensive knowledge of exceptional service and excellent hospitality to hosting guests at my own properties! Each guest will receive a custom passcode for the duration of their stay that will time out automatically at 11:00AM on the day of departure. THE GOODS The dry goods, that is. This home is fully furnished including fresh white linens and fluffy white towels for each guest, and is stocked with a "starter pack" of home essentials to get you going, including paper products, coffee, tea, spices and oils. Please plan accordingly to purchase/bring enough dry goods to last for the duration of your stay, including personal soaps, paper products, toiletries, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets. HEATED POOL* We are happy to heat the swimming pool up to 85 degrees for an ADDITIONAL FEE of $75+tax/night. This feature can be added up to the day of arrival as it takes approx 10+ hours to heat the pool. Pool must stay heated for duration of stay. Keep in mind that while 85 degrees is very comfortable for swimming, it is not equivalent to hot tub/spa temps of ~99-102. Also please be aware that while the backyard is private and completely secure and fenced in, there is NOT a safety pool fence around the pool. Please use extreme caution and general pool safety when enjoying the backyard. 🐾 DOG-FRIENDLY We do allow 1 dog, under 50lbs. There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee. Additional fees may incur based on breed, longer duration stays, excessive pet hair/deep cleaning, any pet damage to the property, or not cleaning up after your pet. Dogs are *NOT* allowed on the furniture or beds, and are expected to be crated when you are not at the home. If you arrive on-site with an unapproved pet, your reservation may be terminated immediately. Please contact the host for more information. *SORRY - NO CATS!* SMART HOME DEVICES We use smart home technology throughout the home to improve your experience and ensure our vacation home does not become a nuisance to the neighbors. Devices may include Nest Thermostat, Ring Video Doorbell and NoiseAware. NoiseAware is a privacy compliant noise monitor which immediately alerts the host if there is a violation of the noise policy. Please note, outdoor quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00PM - 7:00AM. No exceptions.
