Duplex with large terrace in Càlig

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet, bright and centrally located accommodation. Càlig is a cozy and family-friendly town of 2,000 inhabitants. It has restaurants, local shops, a school, a playground and a municipal sports center (with gym, swimming pool, tennis, paddle tennis, fronton). You can also enjoy a walk through its natural landscapes, such as the Socors. We found the wonderful Peñíscola and its beaches 14 km away. The space The duplex is located on a very bright and quiet second floor with an elevator. It is distributed as follows: Ground floor: Living-dining room-kitchen with small balcony, laundry room and master double bedroom with full bathroom (bathtub). Upper floor: Room with two single beds, bathroom with shower and large terrace. THE POOL IN THE PICTURES IS THE VILLAGE'S MUNICIPAL POOL, located a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. It is open July and August, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Price: 2 euros adults and 1 euro children all day. Other things to note NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION. SMOKING ON THE TERRACE.
