The space The house is located in one of the highest parts of the commune, with a privileged view of all points. Surrounded by lush trees, you will have privacy during your stay inside the house as well as in the garden. The garden has some restoration areas with flowers and grasses native to the pampas and yungas of Argentina, as a soil restoration project, protecting birds and pollinators, such as butterflies and bees. These spaces are constantly cared for and observed, so it is strictly forbidden to walk on these spaces. We encourage the observation of native flowers and grasses from inside the house and only on the marked trails. The garden was designed by the son of the owners of the house, Agustín Vrech, a landscape architect, currently based on the east coast in the United States. The flora and grasses have been carefully selected for their resistance to the climate of the Cordoban mountains, for using little water and for sustaining the life of pollinators. The garden is an environment that can be very fragile in the presence of humans, so we ask that you follow these rules very carefully. Other things to note House Rules: - The stay includes bedding, sheets for the double bed and for the single beds. Please let the host know the number of guests staying during the requested dates. Towels are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own. Note: The bedding is the property of the house, so if you accidentally take the sheets, you will be charged USD 200 as a fee to replace the bedding. -The house has toilet paper and cleaning products for guests to use. If guests need extra, that's on their own. - We do not provide insect repellents, so feel free to bring whatever you think is convenient for your stay. - Casa Páez has chairs, deckchairs, and beach tarpaulins that are exclusively for guests. Loss or breakage of the same will be charged to guests at a value of USD 100 for each chair or lounger. - The garbage collection service during the summer is three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and you can place your waste in consortium bags in the corresponding basket at Casa Páez. - The maintenance of the garden, pool and the rest are in charge of people specifically designated for those tasks. -If guests require a daily cleaning service in addition to the one included in the booking rate, please contact the listing host for the contact.
