Make memories BEACH FRONT. This 3 bedroom (4 bed plus bunk bed) townhouse in Scotch Creek on the Shuswap has EVERYTHING! A luxury resort feel; seasonal pool & hot tub, sandy beach, dock/buoys, lake, & amazing views. YEAR ROUND rentals. 3 decks viewing Copper Island. The seasonal pool & hot tub are open typically May long wknd - Cnd Thanksgiving in Oct. Winter- snowmobiling, skiing snowshoeing & skating. Show up, relax & enjoy! Neighbours the provincial park & minutes to amenities/restaurants. The space This townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have awesome decks with amazing views of the Shuswap and Copper Island. All bedrooms require guests to use stairs. Two bedrooms are on the second floor and the third bedroom is on the third floor. The living room is in a sunken living room requiring stairs: There is a seasonal in ground pool and hot tub for guests to use. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note ***IF YOU HAVE A BOAT a bouy tag can be obtained *** This must be prearranged prior to your trip. Please message me for more details. There is a new dock for loading and unloading as well as getting out on the water. There is no guarantee the hot tub and pool will be open. Depending on factors out of our control the pool and hot tub may be closed periodically for maintenance or repair. Please talk to us prior to your arrival if you have any questions about this or any concerns. The hot tub and pool are typically open May Long Weekend through Canadian Thanksgiving in October. We cannot guarantee pool/hot tub being open due to many factors. Refunds will not be offered if pool and/or hot tub are closed/not accessible. Thanks!! PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS FOR THE BEACH/POOL. If you need beach towels message us and let us know before your arrival. Reminder that you are not permitted to have guests on site or at the pool. There are NO events or parties permitted. We want you to have an amazing time, but also want our neighbours enjoyment to not be impacted at all. This is a pretty special unique place on the Shuswap to enjoy boating, docks, pools, hot tubs, fishing, the beach, playing some volleyball, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or getting out hiking and connecting with nature.
