Welcome to our lake home located in a large peaceful cove just minutes from big water. Perfect spot for swimming, tubing, paddle boarding, fishing or just lounging on the dock. Enjoy the views and sounds of the lake while having a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail on the screened porch. Relaxing getaway for families to create fond memories on beautiful Lake Martin. We hope you enjoy it as much as our family does! The space Spacious home just steps from the water with views of the lake from every room. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to accommodate your entire group. Main level boasts an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Plenty of comfortable seating for meals in the kitchen or watching Auburn games on the 85” Smart TV in the family room. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for making meals including cooking oils, salt, pepper and spices. The Coffee/Tea station has a Keurig with a variety of K-cups to choose from. For grilling meals, a Weber gas grill is available for your use on the outdoor deck. A wet bar with a selection of wine and cocktail glasses in addition to a beverage fridge is located in the family room. Plenty of books, games and puzzles to keep everyone occupied on rainy days. The main level also includes a laundry room, a half bath and a comfortable Master bedroom with its own private bathroom. The upstairs has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom. There is a guest room with a queen bed, 2 double beds and a single bed in another guest room and 2 twin xl beds in 3rd guest room. The kids can escape to the loft on this level and enjoy movies on the 50” TV or play video games on the XBox One. You can enjoy the outdoors with a game of corn hole that we provide or relax around the fire pit on those cooler evenings while roasting marshmallows. Great calm area for swimming off the dock or just floating around in the water. We have a couple of stand up paddle boards and a floating water mat for your use upon request. Space at dock to tie up up 2 boats. Following essentials provided: toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid/pods, laundry pods, kuerig coffee pods, tea, sugar, olive oil/spices, shampoo, body soap and hand soap. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LAKE/BEACH TOWELS! THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED. Guest access Entire house, dock and outdoor space. Owners boat in boat house is not available for guest use. Guests can bring their own boats and tie them to the dock. Room for 2 boats. Other things to note Minimum Age to rent is 25 years old. Absolutely No Pets Allowed. No Smoking Allowed anywhere on property. No Parties, No Events. No food or drink allowed in bedrooms.
