Bright, beautiful, modern condo with big balcony (non-smoking balcony) available to rent. Sleeps 4 - w/ queen bed, and "double" sofa bed (living room). Washer/dryer. Set in the heart of downtown: everything is close - subway, streetcar, shopping, food, restaurants, entertainment, attractions! Lake AND city View! Floor to ceiling windows! Sauna, gym and lounge areas. Very High speed wireless internet, TV, stereo. It's my primary residence, so you have all the Comforts of home, when I'm away! The space New, bright, modern 1 bedroom condo with a queen bed and sofa bed. 1 den with large desk for work 1 brand new pull out couch (sleeps 2) TV with Chromecast, stereo, wifi high speed internet Large Balcony with city and lake view Minutes away by foot from streetcars and subway, the historic Distillery District, CN Tower, Skydome, St. Lawrence Market, shopping, Eaton Centre mall, restaurants, supermarkets, attractions, entertainment. Lots of parking available around the area as well. You can park in the lane way and even use visitor parking temporarily to drop your things off, although technically Airbnb guests aren't allowed to use visitor parking long-term. **attention** - this is a non-smoking building (anywhere) - and unfortunately fines are quite large - there is no vaping or smoking or smoking marijuana or anything of the sort allowed inside the unit *nor on my private balcony* nor in any public or shared spaces/amendmenities/balconies anywhere in the building. The fine is $904 if you are caught by security or someone complains about the smell, so please don't risk it.
