St. Pete House with pool & backyard oasis!

Home in northern St. Petersburg- close to parks, Weedon Island Preserve, Noble Crust, and a short 4 mile drive down 4th St to downtown St. Pete! Access to pool & backyard oasis with fire pit, complete with WIFI. You’ll have the house to yourself! Full private bath is located in the hallway, which also has a door for privacy to the rest of the house if you have house guests on the air mattress! Three bedrooms & 1 bathroom The space You have the entire place to yourself! Lounge on the couch and enjoy a good movie with the surround sound speakers! Take a dip in the pool on a hot day, relax by the fire pit on a chilly night, or enjoy a meal under the sun sail! Please note: the listing says there are 3 bedrooms, but there are only 2! One with a queen bed and one bedroom with a daybed. There is no third bedroom/office. Guest access 2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry room, dining room, pool. Other things to note If you need to use the hose, do NOT turn the nozzle. There is a black switch to the right, below the traditional nozzle. Push the switch away from you to turn it on, and pull it toward you to turn it off. Bedroom 2 has a day bed with two mattresses. It will be set up as a twin, unless noted otherwise during your booking. There is no additional cost to convert the day bed to two twin beds/king size (the mattresses are different, so really two twin beds) The TV in the living room is connected to the internet, so feel free to enter in a Netflix, Hulu, etc...account or watch TV via the antenna. Please do not disconnect or move any wires connected to the TV, as you may inadvertently move the surround sound wires. If the sound does not automatically turn on with the TV, open the cabinet and turn on the audio receiver. The thermostat is controlled remotely and is set to 77 degrees Fahrenheit. There are security cameras located at the front & back door.
