The space **2.8 miles to Mercy Hospital and 3.9 miles to UC Merced **No smoking/vaping/candles in the house. House shared with other traveling professionals. No partying or other overnight guests are allowed. No pets allowed. **All new appliances and furnishings, new construction. **Keurig coffee machine. **Fiber internet included. For streaming services bring your logins. **Each room has a private passcode lock. The kitchen, living and all other spaces including the patio are shared. **Plenty of street parking is available. If you block cars in the garage by parking in the driveway, vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. **The house is across the street from Black Rascal Trail which connects with other trails and leads directly to UC Merced and a regional park with a lake (Lake Yosemite). **Electric vehicles can charge at an extra rate, speak to management. Otherwise, charging of electric vehicles is not allowed without management approval. Guest access Guest will receive passcode code to front door and bedroom door lock prior to check-in.
