Please READ the WHOLE LISTING Attentively! Lovely room with an annex space with a sink and direct access to the garden. The kitchen and the bathroom are shared ONLY with myself. Kitchen only for LIGHT cooking. NO living room. NO washing machine. LOCKED room. NO bookings in the name of friends or relatives! NO other people are allowed in the house, ONLY the guest! I live in the house with a family's friend. Towels, bed lining, provided once a week. The space Classic Victorian terrace house, situated on a quieter street. Lovely, bright single room with single bed, fully furnished. The room is locked and you will have your own keys. The kitchen and bathroom are all on the ground floor and will be shared ONLY with myself. Central heating is ON only mornings and evenings, not all day, so this place does not suit someone who studies or works from home. On the first floor there are 2 more rooms, one is my friend's and the other on Airbnb, both males and they have their own bathroom and ensuit kitchenette. Guest access Kitchen Bathroom During your stay Same-day booking has a different check in time, depending on my program that day! My program is constantly changing and sometimes I may be working from home, sometimes you may only see me when you check in/out or you may not see me at all, but I can advice you or assist you via phone. For check in you need to contact me in advance, as I may not be around and I'll have to arrange with a friend/neighbour/relative to come over to hand you the keys and show you around. Other things to note The room is on the GROUND FLOOR. Wi-fi access. Bed linen and towels supplied every 10 days. Hand soap provided. This room does NOT suit guests who work in IT (FROM HOME) or that work from home on the computer (MOST OF THEIR TIME), as I had few guests who had this type of work and I wasn't able to use the wifi properly. This room also does NOT suit guests who work nights or come home during night EVERY night. I had these cases before and it was disturbing for the rest of us. Thank you.
