A modern 3 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and ocean views. The main beach is only 80m away and Blackies local cafe is across the road! Undercover garage for one vehicle and outdoor shower to remove the sand before you come inside. If you want to be active there are two bikes complete with helmets! Immaculately presented with washing machine and dryer, towels, hair dryer ... everything you need for your beach holiday including the view!! The space A modern three level apartment with fabulous ocean views! On the first level behind the automatic garage door is a single garage with a laundry (including washing machine and dryer) and a bathroom including a toilet and shower. There is also access to the rear courtyard with clothes line. Up the stairs one level and you will find two queen bedrooms, one which has another bedroom adjoining (can be separated) with two single beds. Also on this level is a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower, vanity and heated towel rail. On the top level is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with views of the ocean and also of the surrounding hills on the other side of the apartment. You have views of the ocean while cooking in the fully equipped modern kitchen and dining can be on the covered deck overlooking the ocean or on the inside dining table. There are games for all ages in the dining area which also includes a couch. Plenty of space for all guests. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment during your stay. Other things to note This apartment is on three levels so you will need to be able to climb stairs. It is also part of the Marine Reserved Apartment block so has adjoining apartments. Unit 17 is the second one in from Williamson Park end of the block. There are Body Corporate Rules which must be adhered to and these are provided on your arrival. We like to provide a great sleeping experience so our beds are very comfortable with great linen which is hired to ensure you have the best experience. To make your holiday even better we have our apartment professionally cleaned and charge only a portion of this fee to your booking.
