The space Beautiful bright apartment with kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. It has a south-west facing balcony with a beautiful view of the Paucheville wooded park. It has two secure parking spaces and bike storage. The apartment sleeps 4 and is located 1st and only floor. To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal: - A friendly living room: dining area with dining table for 4, coffee table, TV. - A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, cooking utensils. -Two large bedrooms with dressing room. - A neat bathroom: Italian shower, sink with mirror, washing machine. - Separate toilets. You can also enjoy a pleasant balcony overlooking the park. Guests usually enjoy: - The pleasant surface of the apartment that allows you to stay with family or friends serenely. - A fully equipped apartment (enough to shower, cook, rest...), you should only think about your toothbrush! - You will be in the center of Toulouse in 20min and can enjoy the calm of this nature in the city. - Two parking spaces at the foot of the residence. Access to Paucheville Park is directly from the residence. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment available. To help you get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with the essentials for a first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.). In this time of energy crisis, we must all be responsible in the use of energy and we remind our guests that the temperature of the heaters is limited in France, by law (art. R241-26 of the Energy Code), at 19°. As a result, it won't be possible to exceed this temperature in the accommodation. Other things to note We are available for our Guests every day, from 10am to 7pm (we are not reachable between 7pm and 10am, because we too, we like to rest a little). We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we sometimes do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn:) To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. In particular, we will ask you for your identity documents, the signing of the rental agreement (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Agreement) and the security deposit imprint by bank card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab).
