The space Le Lamartine is a brand-new apartment on the ground floor of a quiet, secure residence in Frouzins, just minutes from the lakeside promenade. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the open-plan living area with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere that feels far removed from the bustle of the city. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living and dining space, making it easy to cook and share meals together. Two comfortable bedrooms — one with a double bed, the other with twin beds — and a modern shower room with a walk-in rain shower and separate WC provide all the space a family or group of friends needs. A private parking space is included, and the apartment benefits from high-speed fibre Wi-Fi throughout. The building is recent and well maintained, with secure entry and a calm, family-friendly atmosphere. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay, including the private parking space. First-night essentials — coffee, tea, sugar and a few basics — are provided so you can settle in straight away. The apartment is on the ground floor with step-free access. Other things to note To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete your Boarding Pass with our external solution ENSO Connect. Only essential information is collected in full compliance with the rules of the GDPR and the platform. In particular, we will ask you for your IDs, the signing of the rental agreement (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a written agreement), and the imprint of a €500 security deposit (you could also choose, as an alternative, a damage waiver, a lump sum paid that exempts you from liability up to an amount equal to the security deposit).
