Puerta del Mar Villa 5-D is a two bedroom two bathroom ocean front condo with a balcony and a sweet ocean view. It features a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, smartTV, air conditioning and back up generator. The location of the condo is excellent just 150 meters from the beach and 50 meters to one of the three pools at Rancho Santana. I It is just a short walk to 2 of the four restaurants open for your dining pleasure. The space The condo has a king sized bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. There is a living dining area with a balcony and of course a fully equipped kitchen. Guest access As you are probably aware Rancho Santana is Nicaragua’s premier residential Resort community. It has many great amenities including horseback riding, hiking, a wellness spa, fine dining, mountain biking, tennis, pickleball, grocery store, surf lessons, yoga classes, Gym, and tailored family experiences. Rancho Santana has recently implemented mandated a resort fee. In order to use the many wonderful amenities you must pay this resort fee of $15 per person per day for all guests over the age of eight. This fee is for anyone who does not rent through their rental management program and wants to use the amenities. The resort fee is separate from the condo fee and is paid directly to Rancho Santana Even with this resort fee added to your rate you will find that our condo is more affordable than other similar properties in Rancho Santana. Other things to note In order to encourage responsible electric usage we now charge for electricity on all rentals for 4 days or more. We do a meter reading when you check in and then again when you check out. Once we know the kWh usage we calculate what is owed at the same rate the utility company charges us. Responsible usage comes to $10-$15 a night. Careless usage can creat a usage rate of $20-$50 a day
