There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, indoor drying rack, plus iron and ironing board. Upstairs is another large double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds plus a family bathroom with bath and electric shower. To the rear of the house is a sunny patio area with garden table and chairs and a lawned area with washing line.
