It is a 4 minute walk across the street to Cocoa Beach (No ocean view) which is considered the surfing capital of Florida. 7 blocks to downtown with numerous great local restaurants, bars and shops. View rocket launches out the front door or at the beach. A short drive to Port Canaveral cruise ships, grocery stores, public golf course, Kennedy Space Center and other fun attractions. The space You will start to enjoy the beach vibes of this remodeled classic 1956 beach home the minute you turn into the driveway as you notice the tallest five palm tree cluster on the street. The moment you walk in, you will love the coastal beach decor, weathered gray vinyl plank flooring, large queen sleeper sofa, and 60 inch smart TV. As you continue through the house, you will appreciate the comfortable king bed and smart TV located in bedroom 1 and the comfortable queen bed and smart TV located in bedroom 2. The kitchen has granite countertops tops and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, crock pot, toaster, regular coffee maker along with coffee, sugar, powdered creamer and tea bags are all supplied. The bathroom has a granite countertop and includes a tub/shower combination. All you need to bring is your clothes, toothbrush and toothpaste as everything else is provided including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, towels, wash cloths, hand towels, hair dryer and even a hair straightener. Outside you will find the pet friendly 6 ft. privacy fenced yard that has a large covered patio with a ceiling fan, outdoor dining table, shower and gas grill (propane included). Your short walk to Cocoa Beach will be easy with the supplied beach towels and beach cart stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys and boogie board. The provided amenities continue continue with a full size washer and dryer (laundry pods provided), high chair, pack & play, extra linens and pillows, high speed WiFi, Netflix, Roku streaming channels, board games, books, iron, ironing board, umbrellas, and even a crate for your dog.
