3 BR 3B located on a 200 acre farm with pastureland and woodlands. Quiet and peaceful with the option to hike and bike. Indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Lower level under house is outdoor living area. Small TV & WI FI Internet service. We do have 2 outdoor grills. One is a gas grill,the other is a wood burning and we supply the hickory wood. The space It is one of a kind. You will need to visit in order to answer Boocoodles uniqueness. Guest access It is helpful to know if a couple with one bedroom is to be a registered guest as opposed to a group wanting to book the entire house . Either way the house is private. Price varies with the 2 options. Other things to note We prefer short stays with a limit of 2 weeks. An exception would need to be evaluated.
