The flat is nearby to the Ladies Beach (about 3 min walk) and 15 min walk or take minibus(each 10 min) to the center of the city. You can also find in the flat fishing (palette, goggles, fishing rod) and sport equipments (dumbells, basketball ball) if you needed ! 2+1 house, 1 bedroom, 1 shower can comfortably accommodate 4-5 familly people with 3 different sofa beds. The oldest residence in Kusadasi, easy access to the city and the sea of women, 5 km from the bus station. The swimming pool and the sea are closed to the public and only residents can use it (of course, including tenants!). Closer to big markets like Migros, A 101... The garden, swimming pool, basketball court and on-site parking are free. The site is by the sea. They can benefit from showers, changing cabins, deckchairs and parasols. it's free!!!! We would appreciate it if you pay attention to the sound, as it is in a private site! No smoking inside the house (balcony available)
