Small bath area fully custom tile but has all your needs, rain shower, sink, toilet. Think European style shower, small hot water heater, but heats up fast. The space has many board games, No wifi. Best location in town one block walk to local pub, topside, or ferry dock. Located in the highly desired historical district of steilacoom. June - August local farmers markets and live concert every Wednesday. Location is only 20 minutes to downtown Tacoma, or Olympia. There is no better location for easy access to JBLM. Guest access Patio fireplace, parking, yard area to relax. Other things to note We have 1 medium size dogs very lovable & friendly. Library ladder to climb to the loft, cant be afraid of heights.
