Clean comfortable apartment in quiet residential neighbourhood in beautiful Fonthill. One bedroom unit in the lower half of a family split level home. Our family lives in the other half of the house with a 6-year old yellow lab; she is very friendly but may get excited and bark when entering or exiting. The small courtyard outside the guest entrance has a private sitting area and has a gas bbq for cooking meals. The new 3pc bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet and towels. Laundry washing machine/dryer and an iron/ironing board are available for your use. Other things to note Within 20 minutes of Niagara Falls and all its tourist attractions, close to all Niagara Region's wineries and only one hour to Toronto. The scenic Welland Canal passes through the region, see the ships and vessels climb the locks, this waterway also connects the Great Lakes which provide great beaches nearby to visit on warm summer days.
