Palm Springs City ID No. 3715 - The City of Palm Springs regulations state that guests MUST be at least 25 years old. Please email Drivers License. The Good Neighbor Brochure must be signed and emailed back to host prior to check in. Maximum number of guests is 2. No pets. The space This is my second home. I put a lot of love into furnishing my place and I hope you will enjoy it. Please enjoy this boutique experience. Notes on Cleaning: My housekeeper follows COVID protocols for cleaning and sanitizing. Guests are required to tidy up before leaving. This includes removing the trash and wiping down counters and table tops. No food is to be left inside the refrigerator. The condo contains a carpet sweeper, a small broom with dust pan, paper towels and cleaning products so you can maintain a clean environment during your stay. Please contact me immediately if there are any issues that require immediate attention. If you wish to have the condo cleaned at any time during your visit I will be happy to schedule that. Please note that it will be an additional charge of $125 that you can pay to the housekeeper directly. Receiving Packages: It is advised to plan to be at home to receive your deliveries. You can add a note on your Amazon orders for packages to be left on the terrace if you are not at home but there is no guarantee that they will do so or that items won't be stolen. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. The mailbox key is on a key chain (along with the pool key) in a bowl on the coffee table. The mailboxes are in the parking lot behind the pool. You can retrieve packages left inside by opening the smaller mailbox to get the key to the larger bin. Please don't hesitate to call me if you have any questions. The mattress is very firm but has a foam topper for added comfort. The complex has several heated swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts. Fun things to do: Enjoy a variety of restaurants and cafe's. Hike Indian Canyon or play golf nearby. Take the Sky Tram to the top of the San Jacinto Mountain to check out the view of the Cochella Valley. Check out the Village Fest Outdoor Craft Market every Thursday evening in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Live music and local artisans. Visit Joshua Tree National Park, just a 45 minute drive. Tour the Historic Mid-Century Modern homes and homes of the Hollywood Stars. Check out the Film Festival, Modernism Week or the Cochella Music Festival. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms. The HOA CCR's state that only 2 guests are permitted. No pets allowed. The condo is not handicap accessible. There are stairs that lead up to the second floor. The laundry room is located on the ground floor on the other side of the building. It is equipped with two washers and two dryers. It is accessible 24/7. The key is in the bowl on the coffee table. You must download the PayRange app on your mobile phone in order to operate the washer and dryers. The machines do not accept coins. Note: You are responsible for your personal property. It is advised that you not leave unattended laundry in the machines after the cycle is complete. Other things to note No pets allowed. No outside music is allowed. Indoor music shall not be heard at the property line. The Good Neighbor Brochure will be emailed to you upon confirmation of reservation. You must sign a form of compliance with noise rules and email back to me. Guests must be at least 25 years of age. Proof of age is mandatory. No additional guests. No parties. A call from the neighbors will bring the Police to the door and issue a citation for violation of City's noise ordinance. PARKING You can park in any one of the available spaces in the carport ... your car must face in. MISC. The property is part of a multi-family complex. Unlike a hotel you may experience some occasional noise from residedents or smoking behavior of nearby neighbors. I have a strict no smoking policy. Guests are not permitted to smoke in my condo or on the terrace. DELIVERIES Packages and deliveries are only advised if you plan to be at home to receive them. Leaving a note on the door for UPS to leave packages outside or on the terrace will not guarantee that packages will not be stolen. LAUNDRY The laundry room is on the first floor on the other side of the building (near the pool). You will need the key - in the teal bowl on the coffee table - to open the door. You must also download the PayRange Application to activate the washers and dryers. Follow the simple instructions to power the machines - they are not coin operated. The app also serves as a timer to alert you when the machines have completed their cycle. It is not advised to leave unattended laundry or any other possessions in the laundry room.
