The space Ocean-Riverview Bungalow Located just up the hill from the Rogue River and the Pacific Ocean, this home is the perfect place for anyone who wants peace, privacy, and great views of the water. The home features a private bedroom separate from the main living area that offers its own access to the deck. Guests can enjoy the use of a full kitchen, a gas grill perfect for cooking up fish, and a comfortable living area that also provides access to the deck. In addition to the beach itself, Gold Beach is a fun town with lots of great things to see and do. Guests can enjoying fresh seafood at local restaurants and a pint at Gold Beach Brewing Company (less than a half mile from the home). There are several interesting shops and boutiques, as well as museums to help you learn about some of the area's local history. Otter Point State Recreation Center (with its spectacular sandstone formations) is just three-and-a-half miles away. THINGS TO KNOW This home is not suitable for children due to deep ravine in front of home. This particular homeowner strongly prefers to keep an anti-allergen home for those who are allergic to animals, as the owners are allergic. Bringing any type of animal into this home should be avoided if at all possible. We kindly request that you please consider choosing one of our other homes that already allow pets. We really appreciate your consideration in this matter. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
