"Il Fienile di Manerba" is a small family-run accommodation, which is in an optimal location for visiting Lake Garda far and wide. Although the town center is a 5-minute walk, the location is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for your rest! It is also suitable for families with children, as it is completely fenced and free of hazards. There is no shortage of private indoor parking and covered storage for your bicycles. The space The apartment is on the second floor of a house consisting of only 4 apartments (1 inhabited all year round by me and my family, the other 3 intended for tourists). The house and parking lots are completely fenced and guests are provided with access keys and remote control to open the electric gate and then be able to arrive by car just a few meters from the entrance of the accommodation. There are 2 parking spaces reserved for guests of this apartment. The entrance to the apartment is through the private garden and up a flight of external but covered and spacious stairs. The house is composed as follows: - PRIVATE GARDEN: For exclusive use. Equipped with a relaxation area and 2 comfortable sun loungers. The garden is south-facing, so it enjoys a sunny position from morning until sunset. - LIVING ROOM with dining area, sofa that can become a double sofa bed upon request, Smart TV, air conditioner and access to the private balcony facing south and equipped with table and chairs for everyone; - KITCHEN with large refrigerator with freezer, induction stovetop, oven, sink, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee machine, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, numerous dishes for cooking, eating and drinking. - BEDROOM with double bed (160cmx190m), large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, air conditioner, blankets and extra pillows; - ROOM WITH 2 SINGLE BEDS (90cmx200cm) with air conditioner, 3-door wardrobe, bedside tables, blankets and extra pillows; - BATHROOM with large window consisting of shower (80cmx80cm), bidet, toilet, large sink with mirror, storage shelf, washing machine for free use. IN THE APARTMENT YOU WILL ALSO FIND FREE: Bed linen and towels (3 towels per person), a few rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, laundry detergent and cleaning products, drying rack, iron, toys for children, tablecloths, rags, bath mats, coffee, sugar, tea and herbal teas, filters for American coffee, trash bags, dishwasher capsules, kitchen towels, cooking essentials (oil, salt, vinegar, spices). If you have bicycles with you, you can use a free covered and secure storage, which is located in the olive grove adjacent to the parking lots. Guest access The entire apartment is at the guests' complete disposal and there are no spaces shared with others. The balcony is private, as is the garden. The only space that is shared with guests of the other apartment located on the first floor are the external stairs leading to the entrance. Other shared areas are the parking area (although each apartment has its own private parking spaces) and the bicycle storage, if used by guests other than you. Other things to note As extra services, I will be happy to offer daily general cleaning, bread delivery, purchase of tickets for public transport or events, and I will try to accommodate you in case of other special needs.
