You’ll be residing as a guest in the Artist’s studio live-in house where you’ll be exposed to new artworks and works in progress on the ground floor showroom-living room. It is a shared residency with the Artist, perhaps one month to month housemates or one other AirBnB guest. Bushwick also makes for an intriguing neighborhood. If you’re clean, quiet and able to follow the quiet hours protocol this might be the place you; note that this is not a place for bringing the party home. The space The house is a four bedroom 1.5 bathrooms single family home. The rooms are on floor 2; we do have a huge backyard and deck. Guest access The guests will have access to the bathrooms all hours. Note that this is an environment for travelers seeking a comfortable sleep and shower environment that’s a much less expensive alternative to local hotels. The typical guest is out and about during the days and at times during the evenings to explore the night scene. It isn’t a homebody and home cooking type of environment. There is a deck and backyard. I typically bake bread twice monthly; if you’re in the house during that time, you will get to sample my bread baking skills.🌞 During your stay Guest/host interaction would be an organic possibility. Otherwise guests privacy is first and foremost. Other things to note We do have a full house protocol to be reviewed before booking. The general rules: *Leave all areas specially the bathrooms and kitchen as clean as they were before use since it’s a shared facility. So clean all after use. *We do have a quiet hours between midnight and 9am. *It’s not a house for party-ers and those seeking to bring the party home. Note: Mattress recently renewed on April 22nd.
